Here at Teledyne Impulse-PDM, we are committed to our customers, and invest time and resources in our quest for 100% satisfaction. To this end, we regularly request customer feedback via a short online survey, by email or in conversation. 

Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2008 certified, and customer satisfaction reports are issued monthly to monitor progress.
